About The Role
- Provide first class customer service when assisting customers across various channels including concierge, telephone, social media and email
- Assist customers by providing up-to-date information on the City's activities, events and current matters
- Deliver high standards of service by meeting KPIs, seeking feedback, working collaboratively, and participating in training
- Can work well in a team, and independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate numerous systems to support our customers
- Experience in frontline customer service and familiar with delivering service expectations
- Ability to prioritise tasks

Eligibility
To be eligible to work for us, you will need to demonstrate:
