Overview

Junior Project Manager - Client-Side Consultancy at Design Build is an entry-level client-side delivery role. You will gain hands-on experience across diverse sectors and be supported by senior project managers as you contribute to high-profile projects within property and construction.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with project administration and contract management
  • Preparing and maintaining project cost plans and variation registers
  • Supporting consultant engagement and agreements
  • Invoice certification and reporting
  • Attending design and construction meetings, including preparing minutes
  • Coordinating project documentation and filing
  • Gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of projects from feasibility to completion
About You
  • A recent tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Must have PR or be an Australian citizen
  • 2-3 + years in construction
  • Industry experience with a contractor, consultancy, or developer (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
