We are currently seeking 2 labourers to join our residential construction crew Highfields GemLife site 1 Stage of a new site, this role could be permanent if you are a hard worker who is enthusiastic energetic, and fit

Employment Type: Casual that could lead to Full-Time Positions

Are you ready to build a solid foundation for your future? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic residential construction team. Whether you're experienced or new to the industry, if you're eager to work hard, lift heavy, learn and grow, we want to hear from you

As a labourer your duties will be to keep the site clean and tidy, plus to assist in general labouring wherever needed. We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, reliable with a white card and experience in working as a labourer on a construction site or used to physical work as a minimum. For our team members that work hard and are reliable, we make sure that we develop their skills, we look for opportunities to put them through different courses in either construction, machinery operation or other trades.

What We're Looking For
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual labour, including lifting and wheelbarrow tasks.

  • Proactive Attitude: Willingness to take initiative and assist without constant supervision.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Open to acquiring new skills and knowledge on the job.

Requirements
  • White Card: Valid Construction Induction Card (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Transportation: Reliable means to commute to the job site
  • Manual Driver License: to drive the site vehicles.
