Your Role in Our Team

In this role, you'll carry out a variety of maintenance and construction tasks, including both reactive and planned work, to ensure our public assets remain in excellent condition.

You'll Be Expected To
  • Deliver top-quality painting services that comply with safety and industry standards.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to provide outstanding service.
  • Work independently while contributing to team projects.
  • Use problem-solving and creative thinking to improve our operations.
Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Certificate III in Painting & Decorating and a White Card (Building Industry Induction).
  • A valid Class C driver's licence.
  • Additional certifications such as Asbestos Awareness and Elevated Work Platform Licence is a bonus
  • Solid experience in construction and maintenance is advantageous
  • A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

How to Apply / Terms

  • Interview date: Interviews will be facilitated within two weeks from closing date.
  • Package: From $71,819 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week, 9 day fortnight.

Suitable candidates are subject to pre-employment screening which includes Reference Checks, Work Rights Verification, Identity and Functional/Medical History Checks (including Covid-19 Vaccination), and will also include a Criminal History, Qualification and Working with Children Check. Employment is subject to clearance of all these checks.
