Overview

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside our experienced management team to ensure a high level of service with all treatments, performing facial therapies, spa treatments and relaxation massage. Assist guests with queries and maintain in-depth knowledge of all treatments and products.
  • Assist with reception duties by answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing payments and booking members and guests for appointments.
  • Maintain a professional and immaculate grooming standard at all times and actively promote, sell and upgrade products and services where appropriate.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a friendly, welcoming working environment.
Qualifications
  • A Diploma in Beauty Therapy with a specific focus on providing spa treatments.
  • Day Spa experience specialising in facial/body treatments, massage, and general beauty services.
  • Exceptional approach to customer service and the ability to promote and upsell products and services.
  • Immaculate and professional grooming and presentation maintained at all times.
Hours, Benefits and Working Arrangements
  • This is a permanent part-time role requiring a minimum of 15 hours per week, with some weekend work and flexible arrangements to promote a healthy work/life balance.
