Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III) Casual

We have multiple casual opportunities for passionate and caring individuals to provide early childhood education services for children and families in our Centres. You will inspire learning, encourage confidence, nurture and care for children, and work with the team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at the centres, following established protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Provide early childhood education services that support children's wellbeing and learning.
  • Work with the team to maintain a safe and stimulating environment and follow established protocols.
About You / Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Enrolled or willing to be enrolled in a Certificate III of Early Childhood Education
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
  • Ability to build respectful and equitable relationships with children, families, teams, and the community
Benefits and Remuneration
  • Casual positions with varying hours across several centres: Bega, Eden, Candelo and Bemboka
  • Hourly remuneration commences at $38.71 gross per hour, comprising:
  • $27.78 per hour base salary
  • $6.94 per hour casual loading
  • $3.99 per hour superannuation
  • Additional benefits include annual award salary increases, wellbeing initiatives, and other allowances as per the Award
