As Workshop Manager, you will have full responsibility for the Heavy Vehicle Repair Workshop by providing leadership and motivation to your team while significantly impacting the day-to-day operations of the site. About the role:
- Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching to production staff, creating a high-performance culture
- Maintain site profitability by preparing and analysing P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports using available tools
- Deliver outstanding customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions with clients and work providers regularly
- Oversee accurate quoting, quality assurance inspections, and ensure vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Health & Safety regulations and company policies
