About You

To be eligible, you'll need a Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, Current Working with Children Check as well as a Child Protection Certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences.
  • Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
  • Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Document and celebrate children's developmental milestones.
  • Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
