Expression of Interest - Rooms Division (Casual)

These are casual opportunities to join our dedicated Rooms Division and applications will be reviewed periodically.

To be successful your key focus will be to provide an efficientand professional service to all guests that strives to exceed all service quality expectations.

  • Casual Room Attendants- have an eye for the finest of detailand play an important role in servicing rooms to luxury standard. You'll be responsible for making our rooms feel like a home away from home, whether it's making the bed just right or cleaning the rooms to a high standard so they feel brand new; quality and detail will be your calling card. You'll also be responsible for restocking and replenishing bath care products, mini bar items and changing out all linen requirements. Not only will you deliver exceptional rooms, you'll also be essential in helping guests throughout their stay should they have any questions or need assistance.

These roles require individuals who are reliable, have strong communication skills and have the ability to workautonomously as well as collaborating well in a team environment.

Your skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping role within a hotel environment (desirable).
  • Experience with using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strongcommunication skills including the capacity to build meaningful team relationships.
  • Ability to maintain high workloads and meet tight deadlines, with exceptional time management skills.
