About You

You love technology and the great outdoors. You have a passion for boating, camping, and off-road adventures, and would love to work with products that align with your passions. You possess a 'can do' attitude and have previous experience working in a retail environment, ensuring we assist our customers with the most up-to-date information and products.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and product solutions to customers.
  • Store merchandising to ensure product availability and excellent presentation.
  • Implementing sales techniques to increase store sales and meet all KPI requirements.
  • General housekeeping to maintain a positive store environment for all customers.
  • Working cooperatively with other team members to enhance the customer experience.

Experience required:

  • Passion for technology and the outdoors.
  • Previous experience working in a retail environment.
  • Exceptional delivery of customer service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Sales results focused.
  • A drive to succeed and grow within the business.
  • A high standard of personal presentation.
