OverviewJoin to apply for the Catering role at BaptistCare Griffith Centre in Griffith, ACT. The 130-bed Griffith Centre is located near the CBD, Lake Burley Griffin, shopping precincts and local parks. This is a permanent part-time role with shifts available, including some casual opportunities.
Responsibilities- Serve food and beverages
- Clean kitchen, dining, and café areas and equipment
- Take orders and operate POS and EFTPOS systems (if applicable)
- Assist with food preparation and reheating meals
- Ensure meals are delivered correctly and on time
- Cater to dietary requirements and follow the site Food Safety Program
- Experience working with food and cleaning chemicals
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure with empathy and patience
- Understanding of and alignment with BaptistCare values
