The island is one of the closest Whitsunday islands to the mainland (Airlie Beach) with spectacular 30-minute ferry ride to work each day.

Job Description
  • Monitor and Supervisor guests in and around the pools to ensure their safety
  • Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
  • Assist with first aid and CPR when necessary

This role is a live off island position.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional time management, whilst ensuring high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to follow safety work practices
  • Shows initiative
  • Must holds current qualifications - Pool lifeguard certificate, First Aid, CPR
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia
