The People & Culture Business Partner will support and provide HR advice to Orora's Beverage Cans business within Australia and New Zealand. This role will play a critical part in shaping culture, driving performance, and supporting staff across six manufacturing sites and the Cans teams within the Head Office, when required.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in an operational HR role
  • Ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand to support the business
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with and coordinate the roll-out of the Performance Management cycle across the Cans business
  • Support recruitment and talent management initiatives, including succession planning, diversity programs, and onboarding
  • Coordinate EBA planning activities and ensure compliance with agreed timeframes
  • Champion rewards and recognition programs and support engagement initiatives across sites
  • Leverage HR systems and metrics to drive workforce planning and monitor engagement trends
  • Coordinate wellbeing, training, and development programs to build capability and embed Orora's values
  • Provide coaching and support to People Leaders in all aspects of performance management
