About This Opportunity

Dovida is undertaking a national Microsoft 365 migration project following a major rebranding and IT transformation. We're seeking two experienced MicrosoftIT Engineers to support site migrations across Australia, including workstation readiness, desk setup, and post-migration support.

This role follows a rotating 3–4-week cycle involving travel, onsite migrations, and periods of remote support and preparation. You'll work closely with the Lead Migration Consultant and internal IT team to ensure a smooth rollout across multiple offices. This is a hands-on, contract role ideal for engineers with strong end-user support and migration experience in Microsoft environments.

This role requires working one weekend every 3–4 weeks, typically involving longer days during the migration period. Time off in lieu will be provided.

Why Join Us?
  • Gain exposure to diverse work environments while traveling to multiple sites across Australia
  • Chance to expand your professional network in the IT and cloud space
  • Paid birthday day off
  • Continued learning and development through our learning system and Immersion Program
  • Opportunity to build skills in a focused, project-based environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Provision and prepare user devices using Intune / Autopilot following project standards.
  • Perform full physical desk setups, including monitors, docking stations, headsets, and cable management.
  • Provide first-level support during and after migration cutovers, resolving issues like MFA, Outlook, Teams, and printing.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues on-site (e.g. monitors, docks, USB-C).
  • Participate in scheduled after-hours and weekend migration work every 3–4 weeks.
  • Log support issues, attend daily stand-ups, and follow all procedures set by the Lead Migration Consultant.
About you
  • Solid experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, with hands-on knowledge of Intune, Exchange Online, and Teams.
  • Confidence setting up devices, peripherals, and workstations in a fast-paced, on-site migration environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, especially during post-migration support for common user issues (e.g., MFA, Outlook, Teams).
  • Willingness to travel nationally and work after hours or weekends during migration phases.
  • Clear communication, professional presentation, and the ability to support users calmly during change.
