I am currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join a high-performing team in Melbourne. This role offers a mix of technical challenge and leadership opportunity, with exposure to both personal and corporate insolvency matters.

My client is a well-established insolvency firm with a strong reputation in the Melbourne market. Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to professional development, they offer a supportive environment where employees are encouraged to grow and take ownership of their careers.

Description

As a Senior Analyst you'll assist Managers in planning and managing small to medium-sized engagements, while also stepping up to handle more complex matters. You'll play a key role in mentoring junior team members, helping to build their technical skills and confidence. This is a hands-on role with real scope to develop your management capabilities and progress toward a Supervisor position.

Profile

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in either personal or corporate insolvency, and ideally be CA/CPA qualified or working toward completion.

  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Law or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act, Bankruptcy Act, and relevant insolvency legislation
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career in insolvency
