
Supply Chain Analyst

Our client is a well-established retail business with a national store network and a strong online presence. The business partners with leading global and local brands, offering customers a broad range of fashion, beauty, home, and lifestyle products. With a large workforce across retail operations, supply chain, and corporate functions, the company continues to evolve its offering to meet changing customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse international invoices and reconciliation data, producing process maps and reports, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements with follow-through on change actions.
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive commercial improvements that enhance business performance.
- Develop and implement process and system efficiencies to streamline operations and reduce cost exposure.
- Provide support to the International Supply Chain and Finance teams as needed.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a comparable role within a retail organisation.
- Background in Supply Chain, ideally with exposure to international processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Skilled in data manipulation for analysis, reporting, and identifying anomalies requiring action.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, take direction when needed, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
It is initially a 6-month contract with the opportunity to extend beyond this or made permanent.
