We're seeking Replenishment Assistants to join our team at the NEW MECCA PAKINGTON ST STORE in Geelong, VIC. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining stock levels and presentation to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  1. Assist in delivering outstanding customer service by ensuring stock is replenished and presented to high standards.
  2. Support management in implementing MECCA's customer service initiatives and focus areas.
  3. Perform daily stock maintenance and cyclical stock management.
  4. Contribute to store performance by identifying and driving operational activities.

What success looks like in this role:

  1. Maintain effective store operations supporting exceptional customer service.
  2. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the brand and products.
  3. Uphold a positive health and safety culture.
