Wills & Estates Lawyer or Senior Associate | 3–6+ PAE | Gold Coast

We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Wills & Estates Lawyer or Senior Associate with 3–6+ years post-admission experience. Whether you're building toward a more senior role or already operating at that level, you'll find the right platform here to grow, lead, and thrive.

About the Role:

You'll be working with a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, advising across the full spectrum of estate matters:

  • Drafting wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, and advanced health directives
  • Estate planning, asset protection, and wealth structuring
  • Probate and letters of administration
  • Estate administration, including complex and contested estates
  • Working closely with our commercial and property teams on integrated client matters
  • Providing guidance to junior staff (if you're ready to step into a mentoring role)

What We're Looking For:

  • A Wills & Estates Lawyer with 3–6+ years' PAE
  • Senior Associates strongly encouraged to apply – we value your depth of experience
  • A compassionate, detail-oriented professional who understands the personal nature of this work
  • Confident in handling files from start to finish
  • Able to explain complex matters clearly and sensitively to clients
  • Looking for a team that's high-performing and down-to-earth
