Overview

Senior Project Manager - Tier 2 Commercial Builder | Sydney

Join one of Sydney's leading Tier 2 commercial builders, known for delivering quality projects across education, health, aged care, retail, and community sectors. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead $150M+ new build projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from construction commencement through to handover
  • Lead and support project teams, including mentoring site staff and subcontractors
  • Oversee programme planning, risk mitigation, cost control, and safety compliance
  • Collaborate with design, commercial, and client teams to deliver on expectations
Qualifications
  • 8+ years' experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager delivering new build commercial construction projects
  • Strong track record across sectors (education, health, community, commercial, residential)
  • Proven experience delivering new build construction projects valued $100M+
  • Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor in Australia
