Sitting within the Finance Function our Administration Officer is crucial to the smooth running of our office. You'll be the friendly voice down the phone, and a smiling face for our team and visitors. You'll help us achieve our business objectives with your high-level administrative support, and financial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day running of the office including phones, front-desk, supplies ordering, and bookings.
- Oversee & manage incoming and outgoing correspondence via email shared inboxes
- Fleet management & bookings
- General administrative assistance- minute taking, meeting room bookings, events coordination
- Lodgement of revenue claims through the NDIS portal
- Issuing of invoices & management of debtors
You will:
- Align with the Includa core values and find them a great fit for you
- Have experience in an administration, or NDIS role
- Have knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Be proficient in Excel
- Have experience working with confidential information including personal and financial records
- Have great written, and verbal communication skills
- Be willing and able to work in our Hamilton North office
