Domestic Student Recruitment Officer – Bond University
Office of Future Students
• Full-time, Continuing Appointment
• Location: Brisbane or Gold Coast
Join Australia's private, not-for-profit university and contribute to Bond University's goals in domestic student recruitment. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet enrolment objectives for undergraduate and graduate programs, and foster growth through proactive sales and stakeholder engagement. This role may require working outside normal business hours and travel.
Responsibilities- Develop strategic and operational plans to bolster domestic student recruitment.
- Enhance lead generation by effectively representing and promoting Bond University.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand and promote Bond's pathway programs and academic offerings.
- Deliver exceptional client service to university clients and stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or a related field, plus experience in business development and/or sales.
- Proven track record in developing and executing student recruitment strategies or equivalent experience in business development and sales.
- Advanced skills in lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals with a results focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including public speaking and presentations, with relationship-building ability.
- Experience in goal setting, data-informed decision-making, and understanding of the tertiary education sector.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary range is $96,222.23 – $110,164.68 per annum, plus 12% superannuation, commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience. Staff benefits include:
