As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will:

• Develop high-quality software solutions using React.js, Next.js, Node.js and GraphQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for new and existing projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Implement robust testing strategies to ensure application reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and support their growth.
• Work with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and improve system reliability.
• Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and solutions.
  
  

To Be Successful in This Role, Your Skills and Experience Should Include

• Proven experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js and GraphQL in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
• A proactive mindset towards learning and skill enhancement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a hybrid work setting.
