Key Responsibilities
  • Educate customers about their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
  • Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
  • Identify new referral opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
  • Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.
  • Manage day-to-day compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements
  • A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long-lasting relationships.
  • A genuine passion for customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners, and overall value chain by modeling NAB's values and behaviors.
  • Experience in lending and a sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
