About the Role

As a Strikeforce DIY Brand Activator, you will work within your allocated store representing a full range of high-profile clients. Your responsibilities include calling on hardware outlets, merchandising, completing Planograms to a high standard, and building & maintaining strong relationships within your stores. You will also collaborate with our Projects Teams within Bunnings and other DIY retailers.

You need to have a flexible approach as work schedules can change with short notice, and travel outside the area may be required occasionally.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Following strict OH&S guidelines
  • Managing product stock levels, placement, and ticketing according to client expectations
  • Executing Planograms and relays with compliance
  • Building displays and erecting Point-of-sale materials
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
  • Providing accurate reporting using your own smart device
  • Managing time effectively and working under pressure

Role Requirements

  • You must be over 18 and have full Australian working rights
  • Reside in the advertised area or surrounding suburbs
  • Hold a current State Driver's Licence and have a reliable, roadworthy vehicle
  • Be physically fit, able to bend, lift, and carry stock up to 16 kg
  • Possess high attention to detail and strong planning skills
  • Own a smart device for reporting purposes
