In conjunction with Monaro Fuel Haulage (Monaro), a related family business, the ECC & Monaro Group provides services across Australia, specialising in bulk liquids, general freight & dangerous goods.

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced and safety focussed MC Fuel Tanker Drivers to join the team based out our Townsville Depot. As a dynamic, family-run business, we are an industry leader in the AU Logistics Industry with a strong focus on people, safety and forging long term business relationships. As a result, we are experiencing rapid growth within the business and forecasted future growth and are seeking enthusiastic and qualified MC Fuel Tanker Drivers to support our continued phase of growth.

Reporting to the Depot Manager, this role will include (but not limited to) the following duties;

  • Maintain Emerald Carrying Company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and safety are adhered to at all times
  • Manage fatigue and perform logbook duties
  • Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions

Roster

  • Night Shift
  • 14:30 pm - 02:30 am
  • Attractive Salary + Super + Weekly pay cycles
  • Work/Life Balance - work close to home with non-rostered weekend days within current roster.

  • Training with trade industry professionals, including Fuel Haulage if you are new to the industry

Skills and Experience

  • Hold a current MC Driver's license (Essential)
  • Hold a Dangerous Goods License (Essential) or be willing to obtain before commencing employment
  • Proven culture of safety, understanding hazard identification and risk assessment process
  • A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to interact with customer
  • Strong, committed focus on achieving zero incidents or injury
