About The Role

A key opportunity to join our Bunnings Learning & Talent Delivery team, where you will oversee learning and talent development initiatives within the WA/SA/NT region. You will lead a team of learning professionals who analyse learning needs, deliver learning and talent development experiences and evaluate the impact of interventions on our business.

As the Learning & Talent Development Manager you will collaborate closely with other Divisional leaders to develop and implement learning and talent strategies aligned with business strategic objectives.

This role can be based out our of Perth or Adelaide support offices.

What's Involved

  • Lead, develop and drive the performance of a team, based locally and remotely
  • Contribute to the development of our national learning and talent strategy and contextualise for your region
  • Actively build and maintain strong relationships with relevant leaders, networking with all stakeholders across the business
  • Use data and a performance consultancy approach to discuss business problems as a wider system before presenting solutions
  • Oversee the operational planning and execution of learning and talent development interventions in your region, including the creation and management of a budget
  • Delivery of designated leadership, culture and talent development initiatives, including interventions such as facilitating programs, coaching, 360 debriefs, psychometric profiling and career development conversations
  • Partner with the wider Talent function to research, design and evaluate learning and talent interventions.

You'll Need

  • Significant demonstrated experience in a similar level role across Talent and Leadership Development
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field
  • A valid CERT IV in Training and Assessment, ICF Coach qualification and accreditation in behaviour-based assessment tools are highly desirable
  • Advance stand-up presentation and facilitation skills to small and larger audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in succession planning on an organisational level
