TSPV- Network Engineer
Location: Canberra, ACT

Join a dynamic and high-performing ICT team delivering secure, scalable and resilient network services in support of national objectives. As a Network Engineer, you'll support and enhance enterprise network infrastructure, contributing to key ICT initiatives while collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Duties

  • Manage, configure, and support Cisco-based network infrastructure and Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal disruption and timely reporting.
  • Support VTC systems via Cisco CUCM and Expressway solutions.
  • Contribute to network audits, performance analysis, and continuous improvement planning.
Key Criteria
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar network engineering or ICT infrastructure role.
  • Strong expertise with Cisco Catalyst/Nexus devices and Unified Call Manager (CUCM).
  • Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Citrix ADC (or similar technologies).
  • Exposure to secure or complex ICT environments; ability to document and collaborate effectively.
Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.

Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.
