A day in your life as a BWS Team Member

  • Engage actively with customers, sharing your passion for our products and creating memorable experiences
  • Promote BWS loyalty programs and inform customers about benefits and product offerings
  • Ensure shelves are stocked to provide the best choices for customers
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and team members
  • Uphold responsible service of alcohol guidelines
  • Be yourself and shine in your role

About You

  • Confidently and authentically communicate with customers to provide an engaging experience
  • Have good availability across days, evenings, and weekends
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Have a genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge
  • Own your career and dream big about your future opportunities
  • Enjoy staying active and don't mind increasing your daily step count
  • Want to make a positive impact and leave a mark in your role
