Overview

Are you a highly experienced Graphic Designer, with a passion for storytelling through design, photography and videography? Do you want to take the GIVIT brand to the next level visually while also making a real difference to the lives of Australians in need?

GIVIT, one of Australia's most innovative not-for-profits, is seeking a talented and senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of our brand. You will produce high quality, compelling designs that showcase our impactful work and inspire generosity.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid and flexible arrangements (part-time considered for the right applicant), offering the chance to drive the creative vision across all channels – digital, social, web, email, print – from concept to execution. You'll lead projects, execute high-impact designs and elevate the GIVIT brand visually. You'll also capture and produce photos and videos that bring our stories to life, supporting marketing campaigns and donor communications.

What We're Looking For

You are a design specialist first, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can take the lead in shaping a brand's visual identity. You are highly organised, collaborative, and excited by the opportunity to influence how GIVIT communicates its mission.

What You'll Bring
  • Extensive experience in graphic design (ideally 5+ years in-house or agency, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-level design leadership).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with a deep understanding of brand, typography, colour, and visual storytelling.
  • Photography and videography skills, including post-production editing, storyboarding, and shooting content that supports campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders to deliver on time.
  • A passion for community impact and translating it visually to inspire action.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or related field.
