We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Parts Interpreter to join our team. As a key member of the Parts Department, you will report directly to the Parts Manager and play a crucial role in supporting our customers and maximising sales opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a retail parts department environment
  • Knowledge of Dealer DMS ERA (desirable)
  • Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz EPC (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting
  • A solid understanding of automotive parts and manufacturers
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Interpreting, quoting, and selling parts to customers with a focus on maximising gross profit while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Providing technical and product information to customers
  • Managing stock control and inventory efficiently
  • Collaborating with other departments to maximise sales opportunities
