What's the role?

We are seeking experienced MC Drivers to join the Qube team within our Midwest region at our Geraldton depot. These are full-time, fly-in/fly-out positions and drivers will be responsible for the loading, unloading and driving operations of Quad Road Trains to transport a variety of materials/minerals throughout the Midwest region.

To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:

• Current MC Licence
• Minimum of 12 months prior experience operating double and/or triple combinations
• Must have prior self-loading experience
• Prior side-tipping experience
• Front-End Loader ticket (or ability to obtain one)
• National Police Clearance – Within 6 months of obtaining
• Traffic History Report – Within 3 months of obtaining
• Maritime Security Identification Card (Highly regarded) – Can be obtained during employment
• Ability to communicate effectively with other operators
• Ability to maintain accurate records of work completed
• Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• A positive attitude towards the transport industry
  
  

Internal Qube Employee Referral Fee:

• Increase from $500 to $1000 (For Qualified MC Operators Only)
• To be paid to the referrer upon commencement of employee
  
  

Sign on bonus (Residential Only)

• $1000 paid on commencement of employment
• $2000 paid on completion of 3 months employment
