Casual Educator - Mayfield Early Education Melton South
We are seeking passionate and empathetic Casual Educators to guide our team and nurture a warm, home-like environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
Responsibilities- Support and engage children in age-appropriate educational activities to foster development and learning in a caring environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom.
- Contribute to planning and delivering programs that reflect our four pillars: community, safety, quality education, and a home-away-from-home atmosphere.
- Engage with families to support children's learning and wellbeing.
You are a passionate, energetic, and skilled Educator ready to create meaningful experiences for our children and families. Your ability to demonstrate genuine care makes you the perfect fit.
To Succeed In This Role, You'll Need- Minimum Cert III or equivalent in Early Childhood
- Valid Working with Children Card and current First Aid or CPR Certificate
- Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS
- Training in child protection, Red Nose, and food safety (or willingness to obtain)
- A proactive, collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education
- Full availability Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm (preferred)
