Nestled in the heart of Willow Vale, The Montessori Farm is set on 6 acres of land, offering a unique and beautiful learning environment with large natural playgrounds tucked away in the bushland under big, beautiful gum trees. Our facilities include large fenced paddocks with picnic tables, vegetable gardens, areas for exploration with children, farm animals to interact with and feed daily, and a purpose-built centre with natural resources that follow the Montessori Philosophy alongside the EYLF.

What we are looking for:

  • Passionate, experienced, and qualified Diploma Educators
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to help plan an age-appropriate program
  • Excellent engagement with children and families
  • Reliable transport to the service
  • Montessori experience and/or qualifications are a plus but not essential; a keen interest to learn more about Montessori is required
  • Enthusiastic applicants
