The Meat Hub (Qld) Pty Ltd – Molendinar QLD
You will work closely with the DC Manager to manage the team in the Manager's absence, support daily operations and maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and hygiene. You will ensure all food safety and WHS requirements are met, assist with ordering, stock control, and minimising waste, and deliver great customer service with expert product knowledge. Ready to lead a team while staying hands-on.
Key responsibilities
Manage the team in the Manager's absence
Support daily operations and maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and hygiene
Ensure all food safety and WHS requirements are met
Assist with ordering, stock control, and minimising waste
Deliver great customer service with expert product knowledge
About you
A qualified butcher with solid industry experience
Passionate about quality, teamwork, and customer service
Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and display
Reliable, organised, and able to lead by example
Forklift license preferable, however we will pay for your fork license if necessary
