Christmas Casual Opportunities - Moreton Bay Region — JB Hi-Fi Moreton Bay, Queensland, Australia

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join the JB Hi-Fi teams at the following stores: Morayfield Home and North Lakes Home. Recruitment for these roles will begin in August, with start dates ranging from September to October depending on store needs and candidate availability. As a Christmas Casual, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores. Availability during the peak period is required (September/October 2025 to the start of February 2026), and you may be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.

Responsibilities
  • Help across a number of areas within our stores, from customer facing to back of house.
  • Provide a high level of customer service including pre, during, and post the sale.
  • Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
  • Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.
Qualifications
  • You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated.
  • Customer focused and results driven.
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
