About the Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate looking to support with Sales Activities for Kokoda's luxury apartment developments. The successful candidate will enjoy the following responsibilities:

• Shadow experienced Sales Agents, learning best practice customer service, negotiation and closing skills
• Assist in Lead generation and client relationship management
• Assist with process of qualifying clients and managing initial sales enquiries
• Provide Sales support for third party agents, including sales portal management and preparation of sales materials and presentations
• Assist with preparation and distribution of sales reports
• Support and assist the Sales and Marketing reams with general administration tasks as required
• Support with the day-to-day operation of Kokoda House, our interactive Sales display

About You:

As an enthusiastic self-starter, driven by success and committed to the highest standards of customer service, you will thrive with the following attributes:

• Enthusiastic self-starter with a strong desire to learn and succeed in real estate sales
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships
• Strong customer-focused mindset, with a genuine passion for delivering best in class service
• Driven, motivated and eager to contribute within a high-performance culture
• Detail-oriented, able to manage tasks accurately and efficiently
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (desirable, not essential)
