About the Role

As a Senior Sales Administrator in Brisbane, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to sales targets and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality, process improvement, and leadership in sales administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders, invoices, and customer records accurately.
  • Manage sales-related documentation and maintain organized records.
  • Support inventory tracking and liaise with warehouse teams.
  • Handle customer inquiries and assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure quality control, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of three years in a customer service, administration, or sales role is ideal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Prior experience with SimPRO, Xero, and JIRA is highly regarded.
