About The Role

We're looking for a driven Senior BDM to join our high-performing SaaS sales team. You'll be selling into one of the market segments where the Martian Logic HR platform is seen as the #1 vendor for a CoreHR solution - Market segments where there are plenty of advocate companies who'd vouch for Martian Logic.

  • Be be part of an amazing growth momentum

  • Have a seat at the product roadmap table

  • Contribute to the continuous improvements and innovation of sales team's playbook and growth strategy

  • Earn above-market OTE with uncapped commissions and share options

About The Person

  • Having 10+ years of B2B Sales experience

  • Having a minimum of 5 years in Software / SaaS sales

  • Being proactive, self-starting mindset and a drive to own your pipeline

  • Proven records of be able to thrives at cold calling and hunting

  • Having a proven success at industry conferences

  • Having excellent presentation skills

  • Having a proven skills and experience of chairing sales meetings with multiple stakeholders from both sides

  • Being someone who enjoys travelling and meeting in person with prospects

  • Proven records to exceptional confidence to build relationships, challenge prospects, and close deals

  • having a growth mindset and the hunger to elevate your career

Why Join Us?

  • Base Salary: $140k–$160k + Super (based on experience)

  • OTE: $250k–$350k (base + uncapped commission)

  • Share Options: Valued at between $60K and $200K
