Your role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured Graduate Program starting February 2026, working 40 hours per week.
  • Rotate through various placements within the Electricity Network business to gain diverse experience.
  • Develop engineering capabilities, general business skills, and management competencies.
  • Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced engineers.
  • Contribute to Endeavour Energy's priorities: deepening customer connections, embedding sustainability, enabling a resilient and efficient network, and supporting organizational growth.
About you

Qualifications

  • Hold an electrical engineering degree with a credit average.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in the power industry and a commitment to a clean energy future.
  • Be eager to learn, self-motivated, and thrive in challenging environments.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
  • Possess the ability to think creatively to analyze and solve problems.
