Welcome to Eden Academy Christies Beach. We are a child safe organisation committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

Operating from 7am to 6pm, our purpose-built centre features bright, open-plan rooms flooded with natural light, natural play spaces, and thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor environments. With room for 84 children, you'll have the perfect setting to make a real difference every day.

About You - Our Ideal Early Childhood Teacher

  • Passionate about early childhood education and committed to delivering high-quality care and learning experiences
  • Thrives in inclusive, nurturing environments where every child feels valued, seen, and supported
  • Dedicated to fostering independence, curiosity, and resilience in young learners
  • Focused on preparing children for school with engaging, intentional programs
  • Skilled in designing meaningful learning experiences and encouraging thoughtful conversations
  • Inspires a lifelong love of learning and helps build a strong foundation for future success

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A warm, professional presence and genuine passion for connecting with children, families, and the community
  • Proven ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and dedication
  • Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
