Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure high-quality care delivery for residents in aged care settings.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring optimal physical and emotional well-being.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including those related to medication administration, infection control, and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, physiotherapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a supportive and compassionate work environment.
  • Manage the budget and resources allocated for clinical care, ensuring cost-effective care delivery without compromising quality.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • RN qualification with current nursing registration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, with significant experience in aged care settings.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience leading a clinical team.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • NDIS Clearance OR Application and recent Police Record Check
  • Valid work rights in Australia
