As our global presence continues to grow, we're seeking a strategically minded Product Marketing Manager to help shape our go-to-market approach, lead category planning, and elevate product storytelling.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will take the lead on the product marketing lifecycle—from shaping new product development through to launch, campaign execution, and performance optimisation. In this newly created role, you'll work cross-functionally across marketing, digital, sales, and operations to ensure every launch is insight-led, customer-focused, and commercially successful.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute GTM strategies for new products and initiatives that align with brand, commercial, and customer goals.
- Own lifecycle and portfolio management—spotting trends, identifying gaps, and driving growth opportunities.
- Develop integrated campaigns in collaboration with the broader marketing team.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing to ensure products are presented optimally online across DTC and professional platforms.
- Align sales, education, and operations around cohesive product strategy, messaging, and timelines.
- Track performance across adoption, sell-through, and churn to inform strategic decisions and improve future outcomes.
- Champion NPD from concept through to launch—defining positioning, validating demand, and managing execution.

About You
- Highly evolved skills/experience in product marketing or category management, ideally in beauty, lifestyle or FMCG.
- Proven strength in GTM planning, campaign execution and portfolio management.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with forecasting and ROI analysis.
- Insight-led and data-driven, with a bias toward action.
- Confident leading cross-functional teams and building alignment across departments.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or Business.
