About This Team
Under the supervision and direction of the Operations Manager and the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate will support the Distribution Centre operations, including operating forklifts and order picker machinery, packing, counting, receiving, shipping, and restocking inventory.
A Day In The Life
You will report to the Distribution Centre Warehouse Operations Supervisor. You must have a valid license for machinery including forklifts and order pickers. You will pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner as assigned by management. You should meet or exceed engineered metrics within each department, such as units picked per hour. You will support and perform audits during inventory counts. You will coordinate and work in a team environment under limited supervision. You will exercise discretion in product output to enable cost efficiencies and meet lululemon metrics. You should have a good level of computer literacy, excellent counting skills, and record management. You will encourage and maintain a safe work environment. You will foster a spirit of personal development and entrepreneurship. You will keep the warehouse neat and organized at all times and adhere to warehouse policies and safety measures. You should be adaptable to a busy, noisy, and occasionally hot or cold environment. Occasionally, you may lift product or boxes up to 20kgs. You will complete other duties as assigned by management.
Skills
You have the ability to communicate clearly and objectively, aiding the success of the team. You have experience with distribution centre machinery and safety procedures. You possess strong organizational, prioritizing, problem-solving, and counting skills. You are detail-oriented.

You must be available 3-5 days a week, Monday to Friday (Mondays and Fridays are mandatory; other days are flexible).
