Pepe’s Italian & Liquor, set in one of Melbourne’s most iconic heritage buildings, is looking for a skilled Pizza Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen team.
We’re not looking for beginners—you’ll need proven experience with pizza in a high-volume environment, with the ability to keep cool while the heat is on. From preparing the dough, to firing the pizza, you can deliver consistent quality at speed.
