Now we're looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Sydney. This role is perfect for someone who loves data, understands how to turn it into actionable insights and wants to work closely with sales leaders to improve decision-making across the business.

You'll be at the heart of our growth story supporting both existing customer activity and new business pursuits with analytics, reporting and commercial insight. You'll help our sales teams perform at their best by giving them the tools, dashboards and analysis they need to stay focused and move fast.

What you'll be doing

• Design and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards
• Analyse pipeline health, deal progression and sales performance trends
• Provide data-driven insights that shape sales strategy and execution
• Evaluate pricing, margins and commercial viability of deals
• Work with sales and exec teams to support accurate forecasting and planning
• Manage and optimise our CRM system to ensure data accuracy and usability
• Build and maintain CRM dashboards to support sales, marketing and leadership
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, product and legal to assess complex opportunities

You're a great fit if you have

• 3+ years in sales operations, business analysis or commercial support
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
• A good grasp of sales processes and commercial modelling
• The ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Experience in a B2B or high-growth sales environment
• A team-first mindset and natural curiosity about how to make things better
• Experience in IT services, cybersecurity or SaaS
• Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools
• A relevant degree in Business, Finance or similar
