We are looking for a driven and experienced retail sales professional to join our team as a Senior Retail Sales Assistant in our Busy jewellery store. If you have a strong background in retail sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Assistant, you'll be a key member of the team, bringing energy, expertise, and leadership to the floor. You'll help customers find meaningful pieces, contribute to store operations, and assist in mentoring junior team members.

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong background in retail sales - preferably in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Previous assistant manager or leadership experience in retail is highly regarded.
  • A background in jewellery sales is an advantage but not essential - training will be provided.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and drive sales results.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and extended trading hours.
