About Our Client

Job Description

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in HVAC systems
  • Provide spare part selection support and technical assistance
  • Oversee commissioning of VRF and QTON systems
  • Deliver training programs for service agents and contractors
  • Conduct site visits and collaborate with regional managers
  • Support warranty processes, reporting, and technical data analysis

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified HVAC technician with extensive industry experience
  • Confident in diagnosing, commissioning, and resolving technical issues
  • Strong communicator with proven customer service skills
  • Able to balance business objectives with customer satisfaction
  • Flexible to travel for site visits and training delivery
