Xionettic Technologies Inc. is an Australian-owned business operating for over 42 years. We specialise in Equipment Product Sales, Service/Repair and Solutions for the Mining, Oil & Gas, Power and Energy, Civil Infrastructure, Rail and Communications sectors. We are seeking a CASUAL Hydraulic Mechanical Fitter to join our workshop in Port Hedland. The successful applicant should have a strong work ethic, a safety focus and the ability to add value within our branch operations. Normal hours are dayshift (7am–5pm), with potential night shift for site work (up to five days).
Base pay rangeA$100,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr

- Heavy and/or Light Automotive servicing, repair and maintenance
- Field Service and Mobile Maintenance activities
- Industrial Hydraulics Equipment & Systems
- Mine Site Shutdown & Maintenance work
- Engineering Workshop or Fabrication experience
- Equipment Maintenance and Calibration
- Equipment Asset Management programs
- Equipment Test/Tag/Calibration processes
- Hydraulic Jacking Equipment service, repair and maintenance
- Service, repair and maintenance of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment across Mining, Rail, Electrical and other industries
- Customer Site based Service/Repair, Test, Tag and Calibration activities
- Fault find and problem solve
- Conduct equipment strip/assess and service/repair activities
- Participate in planned Test, Tag and Calibration of Customer equipment asset management programs
- Compile work activity summaries for Customer reporting requirements
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Support/assist team members as part of a small Branch team
- Complete planned and preventative maintenance on machines
- Assist with technical services and maintenance work
- Provide advice on maintenance issues
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Cert III or above)
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisation and teamwork skills
- Ability to work autonomously within a dynamic and flexible team
- Ability to read hydraulic drawings
- Basic hydraulic and electrical experience advantageous
