The Opportunity
Working with a team of talented surveyors within our large property group, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing effective cadastral surveys to support Greenfields or urban development projects or significant infrastructure projects - depending on the candidate
- Effectively manage the submission of survey documentation to statutory authorities.
- Providing advice in the delivery of creative solutions that add value for clients
- Ensuring work is carried out within the statutory and client's guidelines
- Adhering to the Company's safety processes and procedures
- Completing project responsibilities within scope, budget and schedule
About You
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Registered with the Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria
- Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and clients development representatives
- Demonstrated experience working with junior staff members and the senior licensed surveyor group
- Experience with the applicable field of work on offer
- Experience in the development process and an understanding of interpreting development consent conditions relevant to the subdivision process
- Ability to supervise and prepare draft or conceptual subdivision plans forming the basis of subdivision and titling concepts for projects and developments
- Ability to use software packages including of LisCAD and AutoCAD
