Job Description
- Manage end-to-end project development processes for renewable projects post land acquisition through to handover, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders and investors to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new and ongoing projects.
- Prepare and present project proposals, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal project performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Development Manager should have:
- A background in renewable project development with end to end experience.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A relevant degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the energy sector.
